The 65th edition of Miss South Africa pageant concluded at the SunBet Arena on August 13 in Pretoria with the crowning of Natasha Joubert. Bryoni Govender was hailed as the first runner-up while Nande Mabala was named as the second runner-up. Homba Mazeleni and Melissa Nayimuli completed the Top 5.
This is the second time that Natasha Joubert has competed at Miss South Africa pageant. In 2020, she was named as the 2nd runner-up and was appointed to represent South Africa at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant. Unfortunately she was not among the Top 21 despite being one of the frontrunners. She was even listed on the 18th place of Missosology’s Final Hot Picks.
Natasha Joubert is 26 years of age and she works as a model. She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing management and was a public relations officer for a law firm. She also runs her own fashion line. She is now expected to compete at Miss Supranational 2024.
