As correctly predicted by Missosology, Ndavi Nokeri walked away with the crown at the conclusion of Miss South Africa 2022 pageant held at at the Sun Arena in Times Square, Pretoria. Ndavi is a 23 year-old consultant for an asset management firm in Cape Town. She was born in Limpopo province and currently lives in the town of Tzaneen. She will now represent South Africa at Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Supranational pageants so long there is no conflict with the schedule and responsibilities.

Aside from the honor and prestige of representing South Africa at the Big5 pageants, Ndavi Nokeri also received 1 million South Africa Rand in cash in a prize (approx. US$ 62, 000) as well as staying in a lavish apartment during her reign and a brand new Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan. Meanwhile, Ayanda Thabethe was named as the first runner-up and will receive prizes worth 150, 000 South African Rand (approx US$9, 200). The second runner-up is Lebogang Mahlangu while Luvé Meyer and Tamsyn Jack made it to the Top 5.
The Miss South Africa 2022 pageant was hosted by Anele Mdoda and Moshe Ndiki. Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu as well as Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi sat as one of the all-female panel of judges. Miss Supranational 2022 Lalela Mswane, in her capacity as the winner of last year’s Miss South Africa pageant, crowned Ndavi Nokeri.
