The Miss World 2021 Beauty With A Purpose Top 6 were announced during the Charity Gala held December 13 at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in Puerto Rico.
The six finalists were:
- England – Rehema Muthamia
- India – Manasa Varanasi
- Kenya – Sharon Obara
- Philippines – Tracy Perez
- South Africa – Shudufhadzo Musida
- United States – Shree Saini
