Latvia is set to return to the Miss Earth stage after a three-year hiatus.
Pageant veteran Laura Skutane has been named Miss Earth Latvia 2018 and will compete at the international pageant to be held in November in the Philippines.
No stranger to pageants, Skutane was crowned Miss All Nations 2016 in Nanjing, China. In 2013, she placed 2nd runner-up in Princess of the Globe competition.
