Yana Krasnikova, an 18 year old brown-haired beauty from Kiev, won the Miss Universe Ukraine 2107 title in an event held last night, August 10 at the Metropolitan Hotel Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv. She will represent Ukraine at the Miss Universe 2017 pageant in a yet to be disclosed venue and date.
Yana is a polyglot as aside from her native Ukrainian as well as Russian, she can speak English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese and Italian. She has also a golden voice where she impressed the audience when she sang her country’s national anthem.
Ukraine is yet to win the Miss Universe crown. The highest placement of the country was in 2011 when Olesya Stefanko became first runner-up. Olesya was also named as Timeless Beauty 2011 by Missosology.
