She’s been one of the watch for candidate from a beauty superpower nation and Zozibini Tunzi didn’t disappoint. Her class and intelligence was evident during the Miss Universe 2019 finals. During the post crowning press conference, Zozibini Tunzi handled tough questions with ease. She is truly a deserving winner.
One of the things that people noticed is that women of color now holds the major crowns in United States – Miss Universe, Miss USA, Miss America and Miss Teen USA. This is history indeed. Adding to the milestone is the fact that Zozibini Tunzi is the first black South African to win a major international crown. Previous Miss Universe titleholders from her countries with white women.
