Valeria Piazza was crowned Miss Peru 2016 at the conclusion of the finale held April 23.
The 26-year-old, 1.74m model who studied social communication will represent the country at the 2016 Miss Universe pageant.
First runner-up was Priscila Howard while Danea Panta finished second runner-up. Each of the three finalists were asked by reigning Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach: “What moment in your life have you felt most beautiful?”
Ivana Yturbe and Estefani Mauricci completed the Top 5.
