Diana Silva firmly believes that the strength of Venezuelan women lies in their ability to accomplish everything that they set their mind into. As a child, she avidly watched Venezuelan beauty queens as they compete at international arena. She admitted that since she was just 10 years old, she dreamed of carrying her country’s colors at major international beauty pageants.
Diana Silva was sickly at her early age but she pursued her dreams. Her big break came when she won the Miss Earth Venezuela title in 2018. She competed in the Philippines where she is one of the Top 8 at Miss Earth 2018 finals. She tried her luck again at Miss Venezuela 2022 contest where she won. In 2023, she became one of the Top 10 finalists at Miss Universe pageant. Though she didn’t bring home the crown, her triumph lies in the realization of her childhood dream. She is indeed the epitome of a courageous and determined Venezuelan woman.
