Tejaswini Manogna was crowned Miss Earth India 2019 during the finals of Miss Divine Beauty 2019 held August 31.

The 23-year-old gifted prodigy will head on to represent India at the 2019 Miss Earth competition in October in the Philippines.

Manogna is a doctor, Bharatanatyam dancer, Carnatic vocalist, yoga practitioner, sports person, motivational speaker, philanthropist, and a medal-winning NCC cadet. She previously competed in Miss Diva 2017 where she placed in the Top 6.

Also crowned in the same event was Miss Intercontinental India 2019 Surina Jaidka. Rashmi Madhuri and Nikeet Kaur Dhillon placed first and second runners-up, respectively.

Reigning queens Miss Earth Nguyen Phuong Khanh, Miss Intercontinental Karen Gallman, and Miss Earth Water Valeria Ayos attended the coronation.
