世界大会出場まで何度でも挑戦できるミス・ユニバース・フィリピン大会(Binibining Pilipinas)のシステムが、国内大会のレベルを上げ、盛り上がりを見せ、世界大会で確実に結果を出している。
過去６年間のミス・ユニバースフィリピン代表の結果は以下の通り。
２０１０年 Maria Venus Raj ー２００８年ミス・アース・フィリピン国内大会５位（一番左の写真）、２０１０年Binibining Pilipinas優勝、そして、ミス・ユニバース世界大会５位。
２０１１年 Shamcey Supsup ー建築家（国家試験成績１位）である彼女はBinibining Pilipinasに初参加・優勝、そして、ミス・ユニバース世界大会４位。今年度も、２０１２年の優勝者 Janine Mari Tugononは４位（下の写真一番右）；２０１４年の優勝者 Mary Jean Lastimosa ５位(一番左）。
