The Miss Slovensko 2021 pageant concluded on August 7 in Bratislava with Sophia Hrivňáková winning the top plum.
The 21-year-old dancer and pharmacy student from Banská Štiavnica bested 11 other candidates for the title, and the right to represent Slovakia in Miss World 2022. She succeeded 2020 winner Leona Novoberdaliu, who is set to compete at the 70th Miss World contest in November in Puerto Rico.
Sylvia Šulíková and Jana Vozárová placed first and second runners-up, respectively. They are expected to compete in Miss International and Miss Supranational contests next year. Julka Ivanovaa bagged the Miss Sympatia award.
