Panama’s representatives to the 2016 Miss World and Miss Earth pageants were officially crowned during the Gala Viva Panamá event held recently at Trump Hotel International & Tower in Panama City.
SENORITA PANAMA – MUNDO
Alessandra Camila Bueno Fontaine is Señorita Panamá Mundo 2016. She will compete in Miss World 2016 to be held in December in Washington DC, USA.
Bueno, 24, graduated summa cum laude in economics and international relations from Roger Williams University. She works as a model and events organizer and is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
SENORITA PANAMA – TIERRA
Virginia Isabel Hernández Milachay is Señorita Panamá Tierra 2016. She will represent the country in Miss Earth 2016 to be held in October in the Philippines.
Hernández, 26, is no stranger to pageants. She competed in Miss World 2013 in Bali, Indonesia. She graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá.
Also crowned in the event were Jhasmeiry Cristina Herrera Evans and Rita Marianne Silvestre Mogollón who will compete in Reina Hispanoamericana and Miss United Continents pageants, respectively.
Señorita Panamá 2016 (for Miss Universe) Keity Drennan also graced the event. Organización Señorita Panamá is now under the stewardship of Justine Pasek, Miss Universe 2002. DF, Missosology.Org
