Sara Arteaga Franco was crowned Miss Mundo Colombia 2019 during the finals held August 11 at the Auditorio Hall 74 in Bogotá.
The 25-year-old fashion designer from Medellín bested 24 other candidates for the right to represent the South American nation at the 2019 Miss World finals in December in London.
Antioquia’s Alejandra Rodriguez Osorio was named Virreina. Bolivar’s Daniela Torres and Andrea Buendia of Amazonas were first and second princesses, respectively.
