Poland’s representative to the virtual Miss Earth 2020 competition has been chosen, after the Covid-19 situation has made it impossible to mount a national contest this year.
Sabina Poltawska, 21, who finished as Miss Air in last year’s Miss Earth Poland competition, will compete in November for the Miss Earth crown.
“Thank you so much. I am incredibly honored,” Poltawska wrote on Instagram shortly after the announcement was made on the Miss Earth Poland page.
Poltawska succeeds last year’s titleholder Krystyna Sokołowska, who placed in the Top 10 of last year’s Miss Earth finals.
Poland has yet to win the Miss Earth crown. It currently ranks 22nd in Missosology Big5 Ranking. Missosology.Org; Photos from Miss Earth Poland page
