Russia’s Tatiana Tsimfer bested 32 other finalists to capture the coveted title of Miss United Continents 2017. She is the first European to win the title in the Ecuador-based annual beauty quest. First runner-up is Alina Pigun of Ukraine. Both Russia and Ukraine competed for the very first time.
Heavy favorite Yennifer Hernandez of Colombia only settled for 5th place, while Mexico’s Roxana Reyes was adjudged 3rd Place. Double special award winner and internet sensation Aoom Phingchamrat of Thailand was 4th Place. Dominican Republic’s Jeisy Rodriguez only settled for 6th place.
