The candidates of Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 were presented to the media on October 1.
Of the 55 ladies vying for the title, five received special awards from the members of the press.

Romania’s Ana Maria Ciritel was awarded the Darling of the Press, with host delegate Klyza Castro of the Philippines and South Africa’s Silindokuhle Mbali Dlamini placing first and second runners-up, respectively.
The Missosology’s Choice award went to Vietnam’s Nguyễn Thị Thu Hiền. The winner was chosen based on the combined votes from the official voting on Missosology’s official Facebook page and Missosology’s core team. She receieved a custom-made trophy, sash and bouquet from Missosology.
Germany’s Dennise Nicole Ligpitan was named OPMB Worldwide’s Choice.
The finals is set for October 9 at Resorts World Manila in Pasay City.
