On April 17, it’s time for Filipinos to flock to their nearest Post Office. That’s because the Philippine Postal Corporation will issue the stamps honoring Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach! The stamps are valued at 15 pesos and 40 pesos. What makes the stamp special is that it is embellished with tactile glitters.
