Celeste Cortesi of the Philippines won the gold medal at the Miss Earth 2018 Air group resort wear competition held October 27 at Echague, Isabela province in the Philippines.
Valeria Ayos of Colombia and Nishi Bhardwaj of India bagged the silver and bronze medals, respectively.
