Puerto Rico has crowned its representative for the Miss Earth 2022. Winning the crown is 20 year old Paulina Avilés. She is an architecture student at University of Puerto Rico-Río Piedras. She represented the northeastern city of Carolina.
Completing the court are Natalia Andrea (Miss Earth Water Puerto Rico 2022), Annais Rojas (Miss Earth Air Puerto Rico 2022) and Valeria Classen (Miss Earth Fire Puerto Rico 2022). The pageant was held in Centro de Bellas Artes de San Sebastián. A total of 21 contestants participated in the competition. Miss Earth 2021 Destiny Wagner graced the event.
