Noelia Katherine Masi was crowned Miss Supranational Paraguay 2019 during the finals held August 21 at Taj Asunción.
The 18-year-old stunner will represent the country at the Miss Supranatinal 2019 competition in December in Poland.
Rocio Romina Mullet and Laura Encina were first and second runners-up, respectively.
