Noelia Freire was crowned Miss Universe Spain 2016 during the finals held Tuesday, December 6, at the Teatro Barceló in Madrid.
She bested 16 other candidates for the right to represent her country at the Miss Universe pageant to be held in January 30 in the Philippines.
