Nigina Fakhriddinova has been designated as Uzbekistan’s representative to the 60th Miss International in November, marking the country’s debut in the Big5 beauty pageant.
The 21-year-old model and actress is no stranger to pageants. In 2019, she compteted at the Miss Intercontinental pageant in Egypt.
“I have a dream – to contribute to the life of my people and to the development of the cultural sphere of my country,” she wrote on Facebook.
“This is the main reason for participating and the opportunity to represent my country on the Miss International stage, which is very important for me, as this will allow me to achieve new goals, get one step closer to my dream and proudly declare my Uzbekistan to representatives of dozens of countries of the world!”
