Nellys Pimentel, representing San Juan, was crowned Miss Earth Puerto Rico 2019 during the finals held May 5 at the Teatro Ambassador in San Juan.
The 21-year-old model bested 9 other candidates for the right to compete in the next edition of the Miss Earth pageant.
Krystal Badillo and Johanna Mojica placed first and second runners-up, respectively. Chelsea Garcia was named Iconic Model Search Puerto Rico 2019.
