This 24-year-old print and commercial model has been a clear standout since Day 1 of the competition becaue of the understated elegance and beauty. But aside from these qualities, what makes Hillarie a formidable candidate is her Beauty With A Purpose project titled “Katuwang: A Fight Against Child Mortality”.
In second place is Emma Mary Tiglao who has improved a lot since he first foray into pageants. We’ve seen her transform from a pretty lass in Mutya ng Pilipinas to a lovely lady in Bb Pilipinas and now a graceful swan in MWP. Her oriental looks and charm could bring her closer to the crown.
Coming in third place is the underrated Jeddahliz Maltezo. This 22-year-old beauty from Ilocos Norte could be the dark horse of the competition.
In fourth place is Avonlea Paraiso who very much fits the template of previous MWP half-Pinay, half-foreign blood). She might win the Best in Talent award for playing the harp. However, she needs to find the perfect styling to emphasize her beautiful face.
Rounding up the Top 5 is Mia Alysson Howell. She won the Miss Ilocos Norte subtitle, which could be good sign. Her impressive communication skills and academic background could help her make it tonight.
