A former winner of Reina Hispanoamericana pageant was crowned Miss Universe Spain 2017 during the finals held in Malaga.
Miss Castilla La Mancha Sofía del Prado will now represent her country in the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant, the date and venue of which has yet to be confirmed by the Miss Universe Organization.
Del Prado, a native of Villarrobledo in Albacete, is 22 years old. She is taking up international relations and speaks English, French and erman.
