The Miss Universe Albania 2018 competition took place on June 6 at the Pallati i Kongreseve in Tirana, with Trejsi Sejdini winning the crown.
The 18-year-old model from Elbasan will now represent her country in the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant. She also bagged the Miss Social Media special award.

Irene Dama placed first runner-up, while Ajli Hoxhaj finished second runner-up. The special awards went to Altea Noka (Miss Bikini), Anisa Metuku (Miss Elegance) and Xhesi Prendi (Miss Photogenic).
Since 2002, Albania made it to the Miss Universe semifinals thrice. The most recent was in 2010 with Angela Martini finishing in the Top 10. Lindita Idrizi, meanwhile, was awarded Miss Photogenic in 2016.
