One of the most anticipated national pageants will culminate tonight, with 50 of the most beautiful ladies vying for the title of Miss Russia 2017.
After missing the bus in both Miss Universe and Miss World pageants last year, hopes are high that one (or two) from this year’s batch will bring the country back to the pageant map. After all, Russia is home to two of the most loved beauty queens in recent history: Ksenia Sukhinova (Miss World 2008) and Oxana Fedorova (dethroned Miss Universe 2002).
