A new Miss Philippines Earth will be crowned in a virtual coronation – a first in Philippine pageant history – to be held Sunday, July 5.

This edition proved to be an innovative and competitive one. Forced by the Covid-19 pandemic to shift gears, Carousel Productions and the MPE was quick to adapt to the “new normal.” The virtual pre-pageant activities didn’t hinder the delegates from showcasing what they got especially during the all-important pre-judging segments (beauty of figure, beauty of face and poise, and intelligence).

Who among this year’s delegates best exemplify a true Filipina beauty for a cause? Who deserves to represent the country in the global stage? Here’s our FINAL HOT PICKS.

We see a four-way battle for the top prize between the delegates of Atimonan, Baguio City, Daraga, and Mandaluyong City.

Pageant veteran Shane Quintana Tormes of Atimonan, Quezon is leading the pack. At 28 years old, this is her last chance at capturing a crown in hopes of represent the Philippines in a major competition. Her two-year stint in Bb Pilipinas definitely helped her polish her skills.

Not far behind is the beautiful Roxanne Allison Baeyens of Baguio City. This pageant newbie’s pretty face (especially during the no make-up round) and winsome smile are just too hard to ignore. Miss Philippines Earth is looking for a well-rounded and effective ambassadress and this lady fits the bill.

Daraga, Albay’s Patrixia Shirley Santos is another force to reckon with in the competition. She is no stranger to national pageants and this gives her an advantage, but her best asset is her gift of gab. A Miss Philippines Earth is a spokesperson and she fits that mold.

Finally, Gianna Llanes of Mandaluyong City is someone to watch out for. With her excellent communication skills, she could zoom to the top and capture the crown. She seems determined to make her mark in the pageant industry and she is in the right pageant.
