The Miss International organization has announced that its 2024 edition will be held on November 12. Tokyo will once again play as host city. It is still a long way to go as of the press time, only a handful of national winners were crowned. This year will be the 62nd edition of the pageant which had its inaugural pageant back in 1960.
Miss International was held for several years at Long Beach, California, USA before moving to Japan. In most instances, the finals are held in Tokyo although in early 2000s, the pageant was also hosted by Beijing, Macau and Okinawa. In 2020 and 2021, no pageant was held due to the pandemic. The current Miss International titleholder is Andrea Rubio of Venezuela.
