As correctly predicted by Missosology, the daughter of former Miss International winner Melanie Marquez was crowned the new Miss World Philippines in glittering ceremonies held September 15 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Michelle Marquez Dee of Makati City bested 39 other candidates for the title and the right to represent the pageant-crazy nation of the Philippines at the 2019 Miss World finals in December in London. She received the crown from last year’s winner Katarina Rodriquez.

Kelley Day of Tarlac was named Miss Eco Philippines 2019 (also predicted by Missosology). She will compete at the 2020 Miss Eco International pageant.

The Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2019 title went to Katrina Llegado of Taguig City. She will compete at the 2019 Reina Hispanoamericana competition.

Actress Isabelle De Leon of Quezon City bagged the Miss Multinational Philippines 2019 crown and will compete at the 2019 Miss Multinational pageant.

Miss World Philippines repeater Glyssa Leiann Perez of Bohol finally won a crown as she was named Miss Philippines Tourism 2019. Meanwhile, Vanessa Mae Walters of Makati City was awarded Miss Eco Teen International Philippines 2019. Both placements were also predicted by Missosology.
