Wendolly Esparza of Aguascalientes was crowned Nuestra Belleza Mexico 2014 last night at the pageant night held at the Jardines de México in Jojutla, Morelos. Wendy, 23, beat more than 30 candidates to earn the right to represent the country in Miss Universe 2015.

Suplente (first runner-up) is Karina Martin of Jalisco, while Alessa Bravo of Jalico was second runner-up. Lorena Sevilla of Colima and Sandra Ahumada of Tamaulipas finished 3rd and  4th runners-up, respectively.

The rest of the Top 10 finalists are candidates from Distrito Federal, Nuevo León, Puebla, Tlaxcala and Yucatán. Compleeting the 15 semifinalists are Baja California, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Morelos and Sinaloa.

Meanwhile, Yamelin Ramírez of Sonora was named Nuestra Belleza Mundo México 2014 during the preliminary competition held last October 23. She will represent the country in Miss World 2015. She did not compete in the finals night.
