Miss Mato Grosso Jakelyne de Oliveira won the title of Miss Brasil 2013 in a festive pageant held in Saturday evening at Minascentro, Belo Horizonte. Jakelyne, a 20 year old Miss Globe International 2012 titleholder stands at 5’10” and will represent her country at the Miss Universe pageant in Moscow this November.
