Katarina Sulkic was the surprise winner during the just concluded Miss Serbia 2015 contest held on October 12. The 17 year old beauty was not the frontrunner but managed to wrestle the crown away from the favorites. She is expected to compete at Miss World 2016.
Katarina Sulkic is a singer who once participated in a televised contest in her country. The program was called “Glas ibarske doline” and it is very evident that she is an excellent singer. This would allow Katarina to easily prevail in the talent contest when she competes at Miss World.
The first runner-up meanwhile is Bojana Bojanić (above photo, right) and she is expected to compete at Miss Universe 2016. Meanwhile, Teodora Janković (left) is the second runner-up.
Serbia is currently ranked 120th at the Missosology’s Big4 Ranking. Its low ranking is largely due to the disintegration of Yugoslavia and to the shrinking of the Serbian territory especially after Montenegro and Kosovo declared their independence.
