The contestants of Miss International 2023 pageant sashayed onstage wearing their respective country’s costume during the finals night. Miss Angola Teresa Sara was adjudged as Best in National Costume. The finals of Miss International 2023 was held at Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Shibuya, Tokyo. Miss Venezuela Andrea Rubio was crowned as the new titleholder.
