H’Hen Niê is Miss Universe Vietnam 2018

Stunning H’Hen Niê, a 25-year-old model from Đắk Lắk and currently working in Hồ Chí Minh, was recently crowned as the official representative of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for the 67th Annual Miss Universe Pageant.  She bested 41 other finalists to be hailed as Hoa hậu Hoàn vũ Việt Nam 2017.

No less than the President of the Miss Universe Organization, Paula Shugart, and Miss Universe 2008 Dayana Mendoza graced the event.  Mendoza was crowned in Nha Trang, Vietnam ten years ago during the 57th edition of Miss Universe.

Adjudged as 1st Runner-up was Hoang Thi Thuy, while Mau Thi Thanh Thuy was 2nd Runner-up.   / Stephen I. Diaz
