The Philippine representatives to three of the Big5 pageants were crowned during the coronation night held June 9 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.

Gazini Christiana Ganados of Talisay City, Cebu was named Miss Universe Philippines 2019, and will vie for a back-to-back victory in the next edition of the Miss Universe pageant. She was crowned by reigning Miss Universe and outgoing Miss Universe Philippines Catriona Gray.
The Bb Pilipinas International 2019 crown went to Bea Patricia Magtanong of Bataan. She will travel to Japan for the 2019 Miss International beauty pageant set for November.
Resham Saeed of Maguindanao won the Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2019 title. She will compete in Miss Supranational 2019 in Poland.
Also crowned were Bb Pilipinas Intercontinental 2019 Emma Mary Tiglao of Pampanga, Bb Pilipinas Grand International 2019 Samantha Ashley Lo of Cebu, and Bb Pilipinas Globe 2019 Leren Mae Bautista of Laguna.
Maria Andrea Abesamis of Pasig City and Palawan’s Samantha Bernardo were first and second runners-up, respectively.
