Niigata City, Japan – 68 out of the 70 delegates of Miss International 2016 displayed their exquisite evening gowns during a dinner reception held at the posh Italiaken Hotel in the heart this northern Japanese city. The delegates from Luxembourg and Guatemala were not able to attend due to health reasons.
Tonight’s event was sponsored by the City of Niigata, and the Niigata Sogo Gakuin, which also announced their bid to host the Miss International Beauty Pageant in 2019, just in time for the 150th Anniversary of the opening of the Port of Niigata.
