Pageant veterans reigned supreme in Miss Paraguay 2016 contest held October 1.
The representative of Guaira, Andrea Melgarejo, won the Miss Universe Paraguay 2016, earning her th right to compete in Miss Universe 2016.
The 22-year-old medicine student also won Best in National Costume and Best Body during the finals held at the AWA Resort de Encarnación. She represented Paraguay in Miss Earth 2015 in Vienna, Austria.
Miss International Paraguay
Also crowned on the same event was Miss International Paraguay 2016 Tatiana Rolin from Itapua. She will fly out to Tokyo, Japan this month to compete in Miss international 2016.
No stranger to pageants, Rolin was a Top 10 finalist in Face of Beauty International 2014 held in Taichung, Taiwan.
Miss Supranational Paraguay
Meanwhile, Viviana Florentin won the Miss Supranational Paraguay 2016 title. The representative of Fernando de la Mora will represent the country at the 2016 Miss Supranational pageant in Poland in December.
