Finali Galaiya was crowned Miss World Kenya 2018 in glittering finale held September 8 at The Mall in Westlands, Nairobi.
Galaiya is the first Kenyan of Indian descent to clinch the title. She bested more than 20 other candidates for the right to compete at the 2018 Miss World finals in December in Sanya, China.
Galaiya has big shoes to fill following the back-to-back Top 5 finish of Evelyn Thungu Njambi (2016) and Magline Jeruto (2017) in Miss World.
Also crowned in the same event is Robert Budi as Mr World Kenya 2018. He will head on to compete at Mr World finals to be held in January 2019 in the Philippines. Missosology.Org
