Pageant veteran Emanii Davis will finally wear the USA sash in the international stage.

The 25-year-old environmentalist and future school counselor from Georgia was crowned Miss Earth USA 2019 during the finals held June 30 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She bested 58 other candidates for the right to compete at the 2019 Miss Earth finals.

Her elemental court included Libby Hill from Gulf Coast (Miss Air), Mia Jones from Delaware (Miss Water), Francie Evans from South Carolina (Miss Fire), and Kirstin Bangs from California (Miss Eco).

Reigning Miss Earth Nguyễn Phương Khánh and Miss Earth Fire Melissa Flores attended the event.

Davis was second runner-up ins Miss USA 2016. A year after, she joined Miss World America and finished third runner-up.
