Diana Croce, the first runner-up in Miss Venezuela 2016, was crowned Miss Venezuela Mundo 2016 on Saturday, November 5.
She received the crown from Miss Venezuela Mundo 2015 Anyela Galante during the ceremony broadcasted in the program Super Sábado Sensacional.
Croce, who represented Nueva Esparta in the latest edition of Miss Venezuela, will now represent the pageant powerhouse country in Miss World 2016 to be held in the USA in December.
Venezuela has the most number of Miss World winners at 6. The country last won the title in 2011 with Ivian Sarcos and has since failed to place in the semifinals. Missosology.Org
