Destiny Evelyn Wagner was recently named as the new Miss Earth Belize 2021 and will represent the country at the 2021 Miss Earth pageant to be held in November.
The 24-year-old entrepreneur and author from Punta Gorda replaced Aarti Sooknandan who “asked the Miss Earth Belize Organization to be withdrawn from representing Belize at the Miss Earth 2021 Pageant,” the organization said in a statement.
“Destiny has graciously stepped up and accepted the honor and will now be representing beautiful Belize,” the statement added.
Wagner was first runner-up in Miss Universe Belize 2019.
Belize has yet to the Miss Earth crown. It currently ranks 117th in Missosology Big5 Ranking. Missosology.Org
