Isabella Bermudez Nieto of Colombia took the title of Reinado International del Café 2023 in a pageant held at Manizales, Colombia. She is the 7th Colombian woman to win the title. A total of 25 countries participated in the event. Finishing as first runner up is Miss Costa Rica Maricrís Rodríguez Rojas while the second runner up is Miss Haiti Cassandra Jacques. Miss Panama Ashley Denisse Díaz and Miss Italy Sofia Ferraris finished as third and fourth runner-up respectively.
The Reinado Internacional del Café started in 1957 which is part of the larger event called Feria de Manizales. The city of Manizales is the center of coffee production in Colombia and the pageant aims to promote the product.
