Clauvid Daly, representing Punta Cana, was crowned Miss República Dominicana Universo 2019 during the finals held August 18 at the Teatro Nacional in Santo Domingo.
The 18-year-old stunner bested 26 other finalists for the right to compete at the 2019 Miss Universe competition.
Kimberly Jiménez and Franchesca Ástier placed first and second runners-up, respectively. Mariana Arnaldi, Celinée Santos, and Liliana Pimentel completed the Top 6.
