Ché Amor Greenidge was crowned the new Miss World Barbados during the finals held Augiust 31 at the Bajan Helipad.

The 25-year-old stunner has earned the right to represent the eastern Caribbean island at the 2019 Miss World finals in December in London.

Greenidge has launched a project called “End The Silence”. She desires to empower and represent the youth, particularly the deaf community which led her to learn American Sign Language.

She previously competed in Miss Universe Barbados in 2017, but met an accident two weeks before the finale leaving her with a broken foot. Missosology.Org; Photos from M2R Media
