Chanreaksmey Loy is a 23-year-old fashion designer and was crowned by the outgoing queen Alyna Somnang. The glittering finals night was held on August 30 and was beamed live at PNN TV. A total of 21 contestants vied for the prestigious title. Rachana Savannah Mean is the first runner-up while Lao Mei Chann is the second runner-up. Special guest of the evening is the reigning Miss International Andrea Rubio of Venezuela.
Chanreaksmey Loy will represent Cambodia at the Miss International 2024 pageant. The finals night will be on November 12 and will be held at Tokyo Dome City Hall. Cambodia first participated at the pageant in 2017 and no Cambodian woman has ever placed in the semifinals.
