Cecilia Rossell has been selected by Carimaxx organization as Miss Honduras Universo 2020.
The 25-year-old communications and advertising graduate from Copan Ruinas will represent the Central American nation in the next edition of the Miss Universe competition.
Miss Honduras Universo 2020 pageant was suppossed to take place in May but was postponed for 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
No stranger to the pageant scene, Rossell was third runner-up in Miss Honduras Universe 2019. In 2017, she was crowned as Miss Supranational Honduras and was supposed to compete in Miss Supranational in Poland but the organization withdrew the participation.
