Luxembourg is set to make a comeback in Miss World after a three-year absence.
Cassandra Lopes Monteiro will represent the European country at the 2018 Miss World finals in December in sanya China. She is 18 years-old and was the 3rd runner-up in Miss Luxembourg 2018.
