Former Miss Universe candidate Cassandra Chéry will represent the Caribbean country of Haiti at the 2018 Miss International beauty pageant.
The 23-year-old model from Port-au-Prince will travel to Tokyo, Japan for the Miss International contest in November.
Chéry replaces Merlie Fleurizard who was deemed overaged for the international pageant. Fleurizard was crowned Miss International Haiti 2018 last July.
Chéry competed in Miss Universe 2017 in Las Vegas but went unplaced. Missosology.Org
