The 40 contestants of the Bb. Pilipinas 2019 pageant participated in the national costume contest held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City. The contestants showcased various costumes ranging from ternos to ethnic including Igorot and Maranao costumes. Some used costumes celebrating the various festivities in the country.
At the end of the event the Top 10 national costumes were announced. The award for Best in National Costume will be given on the finals night. The Top 10 national costumes were:
